FXB DIGITAL MEDIA Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with FXB DIGITAL MEDIA for digital marketing services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Services: FXB DIGITAL MEDIA agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Services may include but are not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and website development.
- Payment: Clients agree to pay FXB DIGITAL MEDIA the fees as outlined in the proposal or contract. Payments are typically made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or provided by FXB DIGITAL MEDIA during the course of the project, including but not limited to logos, graphics, content, and software code, shall remain the property of FXB DIGITAL MEDIA unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Confidentiality: FXB DIGITAL MEDIA agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information provided by the client. Similarly, clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed by FXB DIGITAL MEDIA.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of the project. This may include access to website backend, social media accounts, and other relevant platforms.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the termination date.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless FXB DIGITAL MEDIA from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s use of the services provided.
- Limitation of Liability: FXB DIGITAL MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
- Amendments: FXB DIGITAL MEDIA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
